Withdraw from your contract

If you bought a Proofcan plan as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You do not need to sign in. We confirm receipt by email, with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it.

Because you asked for your plan to start immediately, you pay for the marks you used until you withdraw (plan price ÷ marks included per month × marks used), at most the plan price; we refund the rest. Renewal payments and purchases made for a business cannot be withdrawn. Details are in the Refund Policy.
