AI Act in Poland.

Short answer

Poland applies the EU AI Act together with its own Act of 3 July 2026 on artificial intelligence systems (Dz.U. 2026 poz. 1003), which the official register lists as in force from 11 August 2026, with articles 8–18 and chapters 3–5, 8 and 9 from 28 October 2026. The bill names the Commission for the Development and Safety of Artificial Intelligence (KRiBSI) as the market surveillance authority for AI systems.
